Bandaging Wounds: the Aga Khan Conciliation and Arbitration Board's Experiences Using Mediation to Promote Healing
You're Doing Fine Oklahoma! Overview of the nationally recognized Early Settlement Mediation statewide community-based program
Restorative Practices: Restorative Practices lead toward the profound goals of conflict resolution, relationship repair, and reconciliation. Based on the principles of Restorative Justice, an application "toolkit" will be interactively demonstrated.
Roundtable discussions focusing on breaking impasse, bringing parties to the table, online dispute resolution, restorative practices, and the partnership between ACR and NAFCM
